Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic organization? TBMC Development is currently seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our finance team in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring accuracy in our financial records and supporting our daily operations with precision.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full cycle of the accounts payable process, including invoice verification and processing.
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are accurately coded and posted into the accounting system in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs and coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues proactively.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized digital and physical financial records.
  • Support the finance team with daily administrative accounting tasks and ad-hoc reports as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (LCCI/ACCA/CAT).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting, specifically within Accounts Payable.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
