Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow requirements.
- Handle general office administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial management reports and schedules for audit purposes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support HR functions such as payroll processing, employee claims, and leave management records.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial and administrative records.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience working in a tech or SME environment is highly preferred.
