Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and collection activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
- Coordinate month-end closing procedures including account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to optimize cash flow cycles
- Resolve discrepancies through effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit compliance
- Collaborate with finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA) is advantageous
