Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, from invoicing to collections.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and aging reports.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
