Tanggung Jawab
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure service satisfaction
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to support client acquisition efforts
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or client management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with construction or property development preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
