Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain multi-site account records with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions and account updates
- Generate and distribute monthly financial reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain accounting documentation systems
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a multi-site environment
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
