Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Oversee client portfolios and act as the primary point of contact for account inquiries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and improve processes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Ensure all financial data is securely stored and compliant with company policies.
- Conduct regular account reviews to optimize performance and client relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in account management or financial accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Central Region for client meetings.
