Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Chinese-speaking clients in the beauty and skincare sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through targeted outreach
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate account management and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Account Executive or similar sales role
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
