Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and invoices.
  • Support the finance team with budget tracking and expense reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or HR Management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar dual-role or generalist position.
