In this role, you will handle complex invoicing processes, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare essential financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in an Account Executive role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
