Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger accurately.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and data modeling.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
