The successful candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive range of financial tasks, from managing day-to-day accounts payable and receivable to supporting the preparation of accurate financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the processing of payments, ensuring all transactions are authorized and documented.
- Support daily accounting operations and ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
- Maintain and organize financial filing systems for easy audit retrieval.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
