Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.
- Process monthly and bi-monthly payroll for all employees with strict attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and liaise with tax authorities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor management, and expense tracking.
- Monitor budgets and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in general accounting, accounts payable, or payroll.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
