As the Account Executive, you will be the primary driver of the company's financial data integrity. Your days will be dynamic and engaging, encompassing the handling of the full set of accounts, leading monthly closing processes, and ensuring strict compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations (SST/GST). You will prepare insightful management reports, analyze budget variances, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. We are seeking a candidate who possesses not only the technical skillsāproficiency in SQL/Autocount and advanced Microsoft Excel is a mustābut also the soft skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Your meticulous nature will be a valuable asset as you manage cash flow forecasting, intercompany reconciliations, and the implementation of efficient internal controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage intercompany transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of SST/GST and statutory payments.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc projects and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 1ā3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts.
- Good working knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and Malaysian taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS) and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Meticulous, independent, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A team player with a positive working attitude and strong work ethic.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Kajang, Selangor.
