In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while providing critical insights to support our business growth.
As an Account Executive, you will handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, from day-to-day bookkeeping to the preparation of comprehensive financial statements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and perform the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
- Handle corporate taxation, SST/GST submissions, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, manage fixed assets, and support the budgeting process.
- Ensure all financial transactions are supported by proper documentation and compliant with internal control policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local taxation laws (Income Tax, SST).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
