Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly closing of accounts and prepare accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
- Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of tax filings, including SST and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct periodic physical verification.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and various ad-hoc financial management tasks as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/LCCI).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in managing full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
