Join SA Team Engineering as an Account Executive (Full Set Accounting) and take ownership of our financial operations. This critical role requires a meticulous professional to manage the complete accounting lifecycle, ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing cash flow management, and preparing comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Tax (SST) regulations and submit timely returns
- Monitor cash flow projections and implement strategies to optimize working capital
- Prepare and file accurate corporate tax returns within statutory deadlines
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
