ESD Design is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an immediate starter who is ready to take ownership of our full set accounts and financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Trial Balance, and preparation of Financial Statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (MFRS/GAAP).
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and fixed asset registers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Full Set Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Familiarity with statutory reporting and tax filing procedures in Malaysia.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
