Are you an experienced professional with a dual expertise in full-set accounting and human resource management? We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Account Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial health and operational efficiency of our business.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing full-cycle accounts, and ensuring seamless HR administrative processes. Because our operations involve close coordination with our regional partners, fluency in Mandarin is strictly required for this position. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Manage HR functions including payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management from recruitment and onboarding to exit procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and filing systems.
  • Assist in tax filing preparations and coordinate with external auditors or tax agents.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
  • Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws, labor laws, and statutory payroll requirements in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
