Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of financial accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement robust costing analysis to identify operational efficiencies and margin improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow projections, ensuring optimal liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and ensure timely data submission.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings (SST/Income Tax) and audit documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret cost data and cash flow metrics.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict monthly financial deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy.
