As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting duties. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Execute daily accounting operations using SAP ERP software to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for smooth financial operations.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and fixed asset management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling full set accounts.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local accounting standards and GST requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, organized, and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a Japan MNC cultural environment.
