About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Negeri Sembilan. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring full compliance with SST regulations, overseeing the transition to e-Invoicing, and processing the company's payroll. You will report directly to the management team, providing critical financial insights and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of SST returns and handle all related compliance matters.
  • Lead the implementation and management of the e-Invoicing system in accordance with LHDN requirements.
  • Process monthly payroll, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and the preparation of payslips and payroll reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for review by management.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience handling full set of accounts, SST, and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of current SST regulations and the upcoming e-Invoicing mandate.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS, or Million) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with MFRS/MPERS accounting standards and Malaysian tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
