YTL Communications is looking for a highly organized and analytical Account Executive (GL) to support our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the General Ledger (GL) activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting in the month-end close process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve general ledger discrepancies and variance analysis.
- Support external and internal audits by providing requested schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Possession of a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA) is highly preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
