In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will also assist with various administrative tasks, document organization, and follow up on daily financial matters. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in handling the full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Perform month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements
- Assist with administrative tasks and document organization to ensure compliance with company policies
- Follow up on daily financial matters, including invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts as required
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
