- Source and negotiate the purchase of live poultry from trusted suppliers to ensure quality stock.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
- Monitor market trends to identify new sales opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products to meet client specifications.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast future requirements to optimize inventory.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to manage the flow of goods effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail, agricultural, or livestock sector.
- Strong understanding of the live poultry market and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.
