In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of financial records, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure regulatory compliance and successful audits.
- Handle tax-related matters, including SST submissions and corporate tax computations.
- Process staff claims, payroll, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide financial insights.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken) to handle documentation and communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts is required.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million) and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS) and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya and meet strict reporting deadlines.
