Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (SST/Income Tax) and ensure statutory compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgetary control measures.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or LCCI equivalent).
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in an accounting or audit role.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for this role to communicate with our primary business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) and MS Office (Excel).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
