Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in full set accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
