Tanggung Jawab
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client portfolio in healthcare manufacturing sector
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in packaging industry
- Collaborate with production team to customize solutions for manufacturing clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM systems
- Represent MINDe Group at industry trade shows and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales, account management, or manufacturing-related role
- Strong background in accounting, finance, or supply chain management (transferable)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel within Johor Bahru region
