Our finance department is critical to our success, and we are looking for a talented Account Executive to maintain our financial integrity.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with our management team to provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers. You should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely closing
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations is an advantage
