Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the non-life insurance sector (Motor, Health, Property, etc.).
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and policy renewals for clients in a timely manner.
- Liaise with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and competitive pricing.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of non-life insurance products, regulations, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
