Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the insurance department to achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the conversion rate of motor insurance renewals and new policies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with various insurance providers and underwriters to secure competitive rates and benefits.
- Oversee the processing of insurance claims, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship to the insurance team, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and industry standards for all insurance transactions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on department performance, KPIs, and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in General Insurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Possession of PCE (Life & General) and CEILLI certifications is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims processes, and the automotive industry landscape in Malaysia.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
