Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of insurance claims experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Specialized knowledge of hospital and surgical insurance products
- Strong understanding of Malaysian insurance regulations and claims procedures
- Proven track record in team development and performance management
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical documentation
- Professional certification in insurance (e.g., CIC, AIC) preferred
