Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for outsourcing accounting services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Jakarta
- Present tailored accounting solutions including bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contract negotiations
- Track sales metrics and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay updated on industry regulations and competitive offerings
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of accounting services and financial operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
