In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in workshop billing, spare parts inventory documentation, and general ledger maintenance. We are looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing the fast-paced financial requirements of an automotive service center. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Handle end-to-end workshop billing processes, including invoicing and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain systematic documentation for all spare parts inventory and service transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the month-end closing process.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and payable to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with the workshop service team to verify job costs and service orders.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines for reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
