Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential new clients within the target market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers to address their business needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with upcoming campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
