Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales operations and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and correct pricing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports and basic financial summaries.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the store manager in organizing promotional activities and sales drives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holder with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
