Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounting cycle including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Tax (SST) regulations and filing deadlines
- Implement and maintain e-invoicing systems for operational efficiency
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
- Optimize accounts payable/receivable processes for cash flow management
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of full-set accounting experience
- Expertise in SST compliance and e-invoicing regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
