In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax compliance documentation.
- Conduct regular internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Manage fixed assets and inventory valuation processes.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
- Support the finance manager with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MYOB) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
