Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements, including LHDN, SSM, and relevant tax filings (SST/Income Tax).
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze cost variances and drive operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff to foster a high-performance accounting team.
Kualifikasi
- Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax laws, regulatory frameworks, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and analytical projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and financial accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
