As the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of finance professionals, managing monthly and year-end closings, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. You will also play a key role in budget preparation, cost control, and ensuring adherence to local accounting standards (MFRS). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training to ensure high productivity and professional development.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to forecast financial needs and monitor variances against the budget.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (MFRS).
- Manage cash flow and bank reconciliation processes to maintain healthy liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
