Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation management.
- Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements.
- Manage petty cash records and expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents on basic matters.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
