Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the general ledger and general accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly bank statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment verification.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems for financial documents.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Learn and utilize internal accounting software (e.g., SAP) under supervision.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Currently pursuing a degree or fresh graduate in Accounting/Finance.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
