Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet their needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellence in client service
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to expand our partnership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction across all touchpoints
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account planning and positioning
  • Develop and implement account management strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and business growth opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and account management software
  • Deep understanding of the marketing and communications industry, with knowledge of current trends and best practices
