We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join GreenLove Distribution, a leading company in the retail and consumer products industry. Based in Selangor, you will take full ownership of the company's accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is ideal for a confident and hardworking professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong command of full-set accounting.
As an Account Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, manage cash flow, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents. You will also support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and tax regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably within the retail or consumer products sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and confident attitude.
