We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join the dynamic team at Neptus Technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our valued clients. You will be instrumental in supporting the Sales team, handling both administrative functions and active sales activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-project planning to execution and after-sales service. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Sales team with comprehensive administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pre-project requirements gathering, project execution, and after-sales support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to foster long-term loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in account management, sales support, or a related field within the IT and Communication industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve targets.
