In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic oversight across all accounting functions.
As our Account Manager, you will take ownership of the full financial cycle, including meticulous management of invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Execute precise invoicing and billing operations to ensure timely revenue collection.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements to support operational decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
