Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring their financial needs are met
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Oversee the delivery of accounting services, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional accounting services to existing clients
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and client satisfaction metrics
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or client management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client rapport
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
