Malaysian SH Precision is seeking a dynamic Account Manager (Chinese Speaker) to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial health. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire accounting lifecycle, ensuring robust financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and optimized cash flow management. You'll serve as the financial steward for our organization, preparing critical financial statements and conducting in-depth analyses to support executive decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian financial regulations and accounting standards (FRS)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and manage vendor/client relationships
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational financial needs
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- Proficiency in Malaysian financial regulations and FRS standards
- Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero)
- Certification in ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
