As an Account Manager for the Electronics vertical, you will be the strategic partner that top brands and sellers rely on to accelerate their growth on TikTok Shop.

Your Mission

You will drive the success of our Electronics marketplace by guiding sellers through store setup, advanced performance optimization, and long-term growth strategy. Your expertise in data analysis and market trends will help you unlock new opportunities, maximize GMV, and ensure an exceptional seller experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to execute impactful programs and resolve complex challenges.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a portfolio of key electronics sellers and brands, providing strategic guidance to optimize their presence and performance on TikTok Shop.
  • Drive seller growth by analyzing key business metrics (GMV, conversion rates, traffic) and implementing data-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to enhance the seller experience and resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-tier strategic partners to achieve shared revenue and branding objectives.
  • Identify market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new opportunities and program features for the Electronics category.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with sellers, presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and action plans.
  • Act as the voice of the seller within ByteDance, advocating for features and tools that drive seller success and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and exceeding performance targets (GMV, Revenue, Market Share).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine consumer electronics market and online buyer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience with social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) is a significant plus.
